MOTIONKNIT: FIND YOUR SIZE

Measure your upper thigh once, then use the chart to choose your MotionKnit size.

Measure both legs. If they fall into different sizes, email us before you order.

Instructions

1. Measure your upper thigh

Wrap the tape around your thigh where the top edge of the sleeve will sit.

2. Check your measurement against the chart

Match your thigh circumference to the closest size range below.

3. Between sizes? Size down

Always choose the smaller size. A sleeve that is too loose cannot hold and will slide down the leg.

ThermaFlex: Find my size

ThermaFlex fits six zones: thigh, knee, calf, ankle, elbow and forearm. On the ThermaFlex page, Find my size asks for one measurement around the widest part of the zone and names your size.

The sleeve works best with a light stretch, so between two sizes take the larger one. As a guide: thigh XL, knee or calf L, elbow, forearm or ankle S–M.
