No. Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse outside the US, and import duties for US orders are already included in what you pay at checkout. If a carrier ever asks you for a customs payment, email support@getrenavo.com before paying.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. It can take 24–72 hours to show movement. An order with several items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking, at no extra cost.

Email support@getrenavo.com as soon as possible. We can usually help before your order enters processing, but we can't guarantee a change or cancellation after that.

If your order arrives damaged, turns out to be faulty, is materially different from its description, or isn't the item, size or colour you ordered, email support@getrenavo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We refund or replace it, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.

No. We don't take returns or exchanges for size, fit or change of mind: the sleeves are worn against the skin, and shipping them twice costs more than their price allows. Measure before you order, or email us and we'll help you choose.

Measure around your upper thigh where the top edge of the sleeve will sit, and match it to the size chart on the MotionKnit page. Between two sizes, choose the smaller one: a sleeve that is too loose can't hold and will slide down.

Use Find my size on the ThermaFlex page: pick the zone, measure around the widest part, and it names your size. The sleeve works best with a light stretch, so between two sizes take the larger one. As a guide: thigh XL, knee or calf L, elbow, forearm or ankle S–M.

Full-length compression sleeves that run from the upper thigh to the lower calf, with a silicone grip at the top. Sold as a pair, in black, sizes S to 2XL. Made for training, runs and court sports.

One solid-gel sleeve for cold or heat: two hours in the freezer for cold, short microwave bursts for heat. It slides on over the thigh, knee, calf, ankle, elbow or forearm. Black or navy, sizes S to XL.

MotionKnit: hand wash cold with a mild detergent and let it air dry. No bleach, tumble dryer or iron.

ThermaFlex: wipe it clean, let it dry, fold it flat and put it back in the freezer.

No. MotionKnit and ThermaFlex are sports and recovery accessories. They don't diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a circulation problem, reduced sensation, a recent injury or a medical condition, ask a healthcare professional before using them, and stop if you feel pain, numbness or tingling.
