Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully before using the website or placing an order.

By accessing our website, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

1. Eligibility and account information

You must be at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence to place an order, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

When using our website or placing an order, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for:

  • ensuring that your billing and shipping information is correct; and
  • notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your customer account to another person.

You are responsible for reviewing the product description, sizing information, materials, care instructions, and any warnings before purchasing or using a product.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any general information provided on our website is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Where appropriate, consult a qualified medical professional before using compression products, particularly if you have circulatory conditions, reduced sensation, swelling of unknown origin, skin conditions, or other relevant health concerns.

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue products at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted unless necessary for legal, safety, or supply reasons, in which case we will contact you.

3. Orders and contract formation

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A binding sales contract is formed when we accept the order, which may occur when:

  • we send confirmation that the order has been accepted;
  • the order enters fulfilment; or
  • the products are dispatched,

whichever occurs first, subject to applicable law.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • the product is unavailable;
  • payment cannot be authorised;
  • the price or product information contains an obvious error;
  • fraud or unauthorised payment is suspected;
  • the order exceeds purchase limits;
  • the delivery address cannot be serviced;
  • legal or regulatory restrictions apply; or
  • the order appears to be intended for unauthorised resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible after an order has entered processing.

4. Personal-use purchases

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, products sold through our store are intended for personal or household use.

You must not purchase products for:

  • export in violation of applicable laws;

  • any unlawful purpose.

We may limit quantities or cancel orders where we reasonably believe that products are being purchased for unauthorised resale or misuse.

The final amount payable will be displayed at checkout before you submit your order.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices may exclude:

We may correct obvious pricing errors. If an obvious error affects your order, we may contact you to offer the option of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

6. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, including:

  • expiry dates;
  • product or market exclusions;
  • minimum purchase requirements;
  • one-use limits; and
  • restrictions on combining offers.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes:

  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • cannot be applied retrospectively;
  • cannot be transferred or resold; and
  • may not be combined with other promotions.

We may cancel or refuse a promotion where it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, or contrary to its stated conditions.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping destinations, processing times, estimated delivery windows, tracking information, customs treatment, and other delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date.

We are not responsible for delays caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including:

  • carrier disruption;
  • customs processing;
  • severe weather;
  • transport interruption;
  • labour action;
  • governmental action;
  • inaccurate address information; or
  • other force majeure events.

However, nothing in this section limits rights available to you under mandatory consumer law.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered by us, risk may pass when the goods are delivered to that carrier, where permitted by law.

Title to products passes only after we have received payment in full, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Address accuracy and failed delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact us promptly if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing.

Where an order is:

  • returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address;
  • refused without lawful reason;
  • left unclaimed;
  • or undeliverable because of circumstances attributable to the customer,

we may deduct reasonable shipping, return, customs, handling, or carrier charges from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, cancellations, defective goods, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

That policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in our voluntary return policy limits statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied goods.

The website and its content, including the RENAVO name, logos, wordmarks, designs, photographs, graphics, videos, text, product descriptions, layout, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Norvic Ventures FZ-LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • reproduce;
  • distribute;
  • modify;
  • republish;
  • commercially exploit;
  • display;
  • transmit;
  • scrape;
  • create derivative works from; or
  • use our intellectual property in advertising, branding, resale listings, or commercial materials.

No licence or ownership right is transferred to you except the limited right to use the website in accordance with these Terms.

Shopify and other third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the operation of third-party services outside our reasonable control. You should review the applicable third-party terms before using them.

These links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, availability, security, privacy practices, products, or services.

Your use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Shopify’s role

RENAVO is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to operate the store.

However, purchases made through our store are made directly between you and Norvic Ventures FZ-LLC, trading as RENAVO.

Shopify is not the seller of RENAVO products and is not responsible for fulfilling your order, handling product returns, or resolving product-related claims.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have directly against Shopify under applicable law in relation to services Shopify itself provides to you.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify and other service providers may process personal information in order to provide hosting, payment, analytics, fraud-prevention, fulfilment, communication, and related services.

16. Reviews, feedback, and user content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content to us, you confirm that:

  • you own the content or have permission to submit it;
  • the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • any incentive or compensation has been disclosed;
  • it does not infringe another person’s rights; and
  • it is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, deceptive, or malicious.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content for operating and promoting RENAVO.

You retain ownership of your original content.

We may moderate or remove user content where reasonably necessary, including where it violates these Terms or applicable law.

We are not required to publish, retain, compensate, or respond to submitted content unless otherwise agreed.

Our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate information, or omissions relating to:

  • pricing;
  • promotions;
  • availability;
  • shipping charges; or
  • delivery estimates.

We may correct these errors and update information.

Where an error affects an order already submitted, we will act reasonably and, where appropriate, contact you before proceeding or offer a cancellation and refund.

Nothing in this section permits us to retrospectively alter an accepted contract contrary to applicable law.

We aim to keep our website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

General information on our website is provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, or other specialist advice.

This does not affect obligations relating to product descriptions, accepted orders, consumer guarantees, or other mandatory legal rights.

20. Consumer warranties and statutory rights

Products are supplied subject to any guarantees, warranties, remedies, and consumer protections required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for:

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • death or personal injury caused by negligence, where such liability cannot legally be excluded;
  • defective or unsafe products where liability cannot legally be excluded;
  • deliberate misconduct;
  • statutory consumer guarantees;
  • or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Any voluntary warranty offered by RENAVO is additional to your statutory rights.

21. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RENAVO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

For customers purchasing primarily for business purposes, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

The preceding cap does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

For consumers, nothing in these Terms limits remedies or compensation available under mandatory consumer law.

We are not responsible for loss resulting from:

  • misuse of a product;
  • failure to follow product warnings, sizing guidance, or care instructions;
  • unauthorised alterations;
  • normal wear and tear; or
  • use for a purpose for which the product was not designed,

except where applicable law provides otherwise.

22. Indemnity for unlawful use

Where you use our website for commercial, fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorised purposes, you agree to compensate us for reasonable losses, liabilities, and expenses directly caused by your material breach of these Terms.

This obligation does not apply to ordinary consumer use and does not reduce any consumer rights.

23. Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters;
  • severe weather;
  • war or civil unrest;
  • epidemic or pandemic restrictions;
  • governmental action;
  • customs interruption;
  • carrier disruption;
  • labour disputes;
  • failure of telecommunications or utilities; or
  • cyber incidents not caused by our failure to take reasonable precautions.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such events and resume performance where practicable.

This section does not limit mandatory rights relating to delayed or undelivered orders.

24. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

25. No waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we have waived it.

Any waiver must be express and applies only to the specific circumstances for which it was given.

26. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any product-specific or promotional conditions, form the agreement governing your use of our store and purchases from us.

Nothing in this section excludes representations or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

27. Assignment

You may not assign your contractual rights or obligations without our written consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

We may transfer our rights and obligations to another business as part of a restructuring, sale, merger, or transfer of the RENAVO business, provided this does not materially reduce your consumer rights.

28. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and contracts formed through our store are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

The courts with competent jurisdiction in the United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another country with mandatory consumer-protection rules, this choice of law does not deprive you of protections that cannot be excluded under the laws applicable to you.

29. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in:

  • law or regulation;
  • our products or services;
  • website functionality;
  • payment or fulfilment arrangements; or

The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not normally alter an order already accepted unless required by law.

Where required, we will provide notice of material changes.
