RENAVO Limited Product Warranty

This limited warranty applies to eligible RENAVO products purchased directly from our official website.

It covers qualifying manufacturing defects during normal use.

Warranty Period

Eligible products are covered for 90 days from the delivery date.

This warranty operates alongside any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty may cover verified manufacturing defects such as:

  • Seams separating under normal use

  • Significant fabric defects present at delivery

  • A silicone grip detaching under normal use

  • Incorrect construction

  • Missing components

  • Material failure not caused by misuse

Normal compression changes over time are not automatically considered defects.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not normally cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Gradual stretching from repeated use

  • Pilling

  • Cosmetic changes

  • Damage caused by washing incorrectly

  • Machine drying

  • Bleach or harsh chemicals

  • Damage from sharp objects

  • Damage from excessive pulling

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Use outside the product instructions

  • Accidents

  • Alterations

  • Unauthorised repairs

  • Loss or theft

Making a Warranty Claim

Replacement Products

A replacement does not automatically restart the original warranty period unless required by law.
